PEANUT NOODLES

Serves 4:


NEEDED:
-8 ounces uncooked angel hair pasta
-1/4 cup peanut butter
-1/4 cup soy sauce
-1 tablespoon vegetable oil
-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
-4 scallions, chopped
-1 cup cooked peas, chopped carrots, celery, peppers, or any leftover vegetables


DIRECTIONS:
Cook pasta as directed. Blend together peanut butter, soy sauce, vegetable oil, garlic powder, and black pepper. Drain pasta, pour sauce over pasta, and add vegetables. Mix well. Serves 4
