VERY easy to make, and great for a SuperBowl snack!
You need...
-8oz can of refried beans.
-small can of chopped green chilis.
-shredded cheese.
-salsa of your choice.
-tortilla chips.
Directions...
-OVEN:
-Put 1/2 of refried bean can contents in pan, stirring occasionally until hot (don't burn it!), and pour in bowl.
-Mix in 1/4 cup of salsa.
-Add 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
-Add chilis as desired (not so much spicey as much as just provides a "bite").
-Can be layered or stirred.
-MICROWAVE:
-Put 1/2 of refried bean can contents in pan.
-Heat for 30 seconds or until hot or "popping".
-Add 1/4 cup salsa.
-Add 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
-Add chilis as desired.
-Can be layered or stirred.
**Also tastes good when cooled.
**Heating times may vary.
Takes less than 10 minutes usually to make.
